Biography

Toni Townes-Whitley is a global technology leader who is the third Black female Fortune 500 CEO, and the first to lead a defense industry corporation. She was the CEO of Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) from 2023 to 2025. Prior to joining SAIC, she served as a group president at Microsoft and managed $16 billion in revenue.
