A color digital photograph capturing Sebastian Ramirez, a mechanic, pouring oil into an orange truck after it was flooded by tropical storm Harvey. Ramirez is wearing a tan color short-sleeve shirt and a hat. His proper right arm is in the engine bay. A red car is parked on the other side of the orange truck and in the background is a brick house with a lawn and sidewalk. The image has been captured from behind a window, and an American flag decal with the white stripes transparent appears in the top center foreground.
