A color photograph of Shanae Rowland by Sheila Pree Bright. The photograph depicts Rowland wrapped in a United States flag against a bright white background. She is seated on the floor in a cross-legged position with an American flag wrapped entirely around her, exposing only her face. Harvey is facing the viewer with her head tilted slightly towards her proper left shoulder and a nose stud visible on her right nostril. The white starred blue canton of the flag drapes along the proper right side of her face down to the floor, with the red and white stripe field draping over the top of her head, down the proper left side of her face, and wrapped around the rest of her body. The image has a thin white margin.
