A mimeograph reproduction of Portrait of a Man, by Lorraine Clarke for the Committee for the Negro in the Arts, Art Workshop Folio. Printed in black ink on white paper, it is a reproduction of a charcoal portrait of a man in bust pose. He is shown from the waist up with his body turned slightly towards the left edge of the drawing and his face turned towards the viewer. He has a serious expression on his face and he is looking up and into the distance to the right. His hair has been slicked straight back and he has a pencil thin mustache. He is wearing a light tone, collarless, Henley-style shirt with a half placket. The artist signature, [L.CLARKE], is written just below the man’s proper left arm. The verso is blank.
