This is a World War II Separation Qualification Record issued to Robert S. Jennings. On the front of the page across the top margin is large pre-printed black cursive text that reads “ARMY OF THE UNITES STATES.” Under this text is an image of the Great Seal of the United States. Below the crest is smaller black text that reads “SEPARTION QULAIFICATION RECORD / SAVE THIS FORM. IT WILL NOT BE REPLACED IF LOST.” Below this is a paragraph of very small text framed between two parallel lines across the width of the paper. It states that the paper is a record of job and skill training provided to that soldier while in the service. Below this paragraph is a chart of boxes and columns filled with personal information about Robert S. Jennings, such as birthday and social security number. It also lists military occupations.
