A color photograph of Don Cheadle, by Platon. Cheadle is depicted from the chest up, standing in profile, with his body facing the left edge of the photograph. His head turned, looking over his proper left shoulder towards the viewer. His chin is tilted slightly downward, and he has a serious expression on his face. He is wearing a cream colored, rib knit, mock turtleneck sweater. He has a petite goatee without a soul patch. The background of the photograph is a white halo effect around Cheadle with a blue to black gradient around the edges. The photograph has a thick white border. The edition number, [5/12], is printed in the bottom left corner. The photographer’s signature and date, [Platon 19], is handwritten in the bottom right corner. Inside the border, at the bottom center, is the photographer’s embossed mark: [PLATON ? / EDITIONED ? / PRINT ?[encircled between two bands of embossed dots]].
