The outer edge of the strap is blue with small white dots representing stars. The bottom of the strap has some loose red threads. There is a thin, circular metal ring attached to the end, which is linked to another thin, circular metal ring. The second ring is linked through a hole in the top of a cross shaped piece of metal. The cross is a dark gold color. The eight (8) outer corners are flattened inwards at a diagonal 45° angle. The edges are raised slightly higher than the body of the cross.
