This black and white digital image depicts Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and his family. Sitting at a table he wears a white shirt and colored tie. He rests his left elbow on the table and holds his left hand against his left cheek. He gazes to his right, away from the viewer. Behind him, visible through an open doorway is Coretta Scott King and two young children. Standing in a kitchen wearing a dark patterned short sleeve shirt and dark skirt, Mrs. King stands facing the viewer but gazing downward and to her right at the smallest child.
