Jet Magazine, volume 1, number 4, featuring a black and white image of Angelle DeLavallade, against a green background. DeLavallade is wearing a white bikini top, white pedal pushers and a nautical captain's hat with a black patch with two crossed anchors and a wheel. She is seated, leaning backwards on her arms and facing forward. Her proper left leg is laying straight and slightly towards the left side of the cover and the knee of her proper right leg is bent. Above DeLavallade’s proper left shoulder is the model’s credit with a caption, in black ink, that reads [Angelle / DeLavallade: / She’s one of / Hollywood’s / forgotten / brown beauties] and the associated cover line in a box outlined in black near her proper left hip that reads [HOLLYWOOD’S / UNKNOWN / NEGRO BEAUTIES].
