This is a black-and-white photograph of a middle aged man seated on a concrete wall by a body of water. He is wearing a flat topped cap and shirtsleeves. Around his neck is a black camera case and a homemade sign that reads "INDICT / FUHRMAN / FOR PERJURY!" He gazes directly at the viewer with a half-smile. Part of another man's shoulder, arm and leg is visible to his right. Behind him is another man, seated, with his back to the viewer, his head turned slightly left. He wears sunglasses and a porkpie hat.
