At the back of the room, seated at a table perpendicular to the other, are several older men, also in suits. There is a sign on the wall behind them for Burts Ice Creams. A printed label below the image says “N. A. A. C. P. Youth Council 1940.” A photographer’s mark is in lower right corner of the photograph. It reads “Randle / Tulsa.” There are no inscriptions on the back.
