This white medical lab coat was worn by Dr. Ben Carson. The coat is single-breasted with full-length straight cut sleeves and a standard collar with a short notched lapel. A rectangular patch of white fabric is sewn above the breast pocket with black machine-embroidered cursive test reading "Dr. Ben Carson". Slits are placed in each side seam near the waist pockets. A manufacturer's label is sewn at the interior center back neck that reads "uniflair / 'THE ELEGANT LOOK'". A dry cleaner's label is attached to the manufacturer's label with a plastic tag.
