A cream hat with net overlay and a navy ribbon. The crown of the hat is made of woven synthetic horsehair machine sewn in a spiral. The brim of the hat is made of woven monofilament thread. Cream net with the cross sections painted over with navy paint covers the crown and brim of the hat. A one-and-a-half-inch wide navy velvet ribbon is tacked to the base of the crown. An additional piece of rolled navy velvet ribbon is sewn below the bottom of the unrolled navy ribbon. The hat is unlined and unlabeled.
