Translated postcard caption reads, "110. Belgian Congo. The Minister of the Colonies at a trading post kept by a black [capitalist?]." Manuscript date and address on verso, date reads: "26/5/22." Postmark on verso. Postage stamp printed on verso. Items EEPA CG-36-13 and EEPA CG-36-14 are duplicate postcards.
